Submit required documents

Membership Tiers

Choose the right membership tier based on your business needs. All plans are billed in CAD and are available to vendors across Canada, Korea, and other countries. Memberships are based on a 1 year commitment and automatically renews after 12 months.

1. Basic Vendor ($25/month)

Strike System

For all vendors

Too many Refunds, Cancellations, Product Deficiencies, Complaints, and Customer Support Issues?:

All vendors are subject to monitoring for providing exceptional products and services on Canko.
On a case by case basis, however, vendors may receive warnings, red flags, and suspensions for s period of time
Vendors subject to extreme issues will be terminated (Extreme can mean too many refunds, complaints on products, customer service, and sudden price hikes, or other issues)

Additional Notes

All vendors must comply with Canadian Consumer Protection Laws, tax regulations (GST/HST), and all Provincial legislation as applicable to you and Canko platform policies.
Membership fees are billed monthly and can be with 30 day notice.
Fees, membership fees and any commission related fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment methods: Credit card, EFT, and Wire.
Monthly payments must be made on time, or you may incur additional expenses for late payments.
Automatic suspension of account if monthly payments are declined.
Other supports are case by case and will require the approval by Canko in writing.
